The Company:
An internationally recognised company is seeking an experienced Human Resources BP (HR BP) to join their team. As the HR BP, you will use your proven business partnering skills to work closely with managers to drive change and promote cultural leadership.
The Role
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
* Partner with Front Line Leaders and State Managers to align on People & Culture (P&C) priorities and business objectives, offering coaching and support on people-related matters.
* Provide guidance on talent management, performance, succession planning, and strategies for employee relations, industrial relations, diversity, and organizational culture.
* Translate business challenges into tailored P&C solutions, collaborating with Centres of Expertise to create relevant initiatives.
* Manage complex Employment Relations (ER) issues and support negotiations on local enterprise agreements, ensuring compliance with legislation and policies.
* Champion a positive workplace culture, lead change management initiatives, and support the digitization of P&C processes to enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency.
About you
* Proven experience in a similar role within the supply chain or FMCG.
* Strong business partnering skills and the ability to act as a trusted adviser
* Strong knowledge of Industrial Relations (IR) and relevant legislation.
* Demonstrated experience in leading cultural change and transformation initiatives.
* Experience with influencing business leaders, stakeholder and implementing a strategy
* Offering up to $170K (incl. super) + bonus
