The position - Chefs Full Time

That's great Because we're always looking for great new team members. From back of house chefs and kitchen hands, to front of house wait staff and servers, to management roles. This will be an upscale venue with lots of training on both food and beverage conveniently. Our stores are reopening at full capacity, there are a number of open opportunities. We are looking for Full time:

* Chef de Partie
* Junior Chef de Partie
* Commis Chef
* Wok Chef
* Fry Chef

Your responsibilities as a Chef will include but not be limited to:

* Daily preparation for kitchen service
* Collaborate on menu development, bringing fresh ideas and innovative takes on traditional dishes.
* Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance
* Ensure compliance with NSW food safety regulations
* Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Requirements:

* Hold relevant level of trade qualification for Chefs
* Have a minimum of 1 year of chef experience (required)
* A passion for quality food and customer service
* Knowledge of Malaysian cuisine would be beneficial but not a must
* Knowledge of food service and preparation
* Experience in commercial kitchen environment
* Able to work unsupervised
* Understanding of OH&S and food safety practices
* Basic knife skills
* Exceptional personal presentation & "can do" attitude
