Your New Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a large‑scale ERP implementation project.
This critical role drives end‑to‑end delivery of complex technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Responsibilities Lead planning, execution, and delivery of ERP implementation projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
Manage cross‑functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and adoption.
Develop and maintain project governance, risk management, and reporting frameworks.
Drive change management and training strategies to support successful ERP rollout.
Ensure compliance with organisational standards and best practices.

Proven experience managing ERP implementation projects (ideally Workday, Oracle, SAP, etc.).
Strong background in technology project management within enterprise environments.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification highly desirable.
You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face.
You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn, and grow.
