* Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 plus super (depending on experience)
This well-established, high-performing accounting and advisory firm is known for its quality work, strong structure, and genuinely good people. The partners are ex-Big 4, bringing first-class technical depth, systems, and standards - combining the rigour of a large firm with the agility and inclusivity of a boutique.
You'll work 9:00am to 5:00pm, with the flexibility of one day per week from home, supporting both professional growth and personal wellbeing. The firm offers an on-site gym with membership included and the opportunity to train alongside colleagues. The culture is supportive and structured, featuring regular team-building events, retreats, dedicated culture days, and additional study leave to assist with CA or CPA completion.
Responsibilities
* Support your Manager in day-to-day accounting for a portfolio of 50-60 clients
* Review and prepare financial statements, tax returns, BAS/IAS, and ensure compliance
* Oversee junior and offshore teams
* Attend client meetings and handle complex queries
* Contribute to process improvements and stay up to date with accounting and regulatory developments
Qualifications
* CA or CPA qualification (or near completion)
* Previous experience in a chartered accounting firm
* Commercial mindset
