Operations Manager Position
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Operations Manager. The successful candidate will have the chance to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, overseeing all operational aspects of the hotel.
As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue and profits, maintaining service standards among team members, and optimizing operational efficiency to minimize costs. You will also oversee and guide all operational aspects, including Front Office, Food & Beverage outlets, and Housekeeping.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in Front Office and F&B management, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. They will possess strong communication skills, be able to develop relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, and demonstrate logical thinking and decision-making abilities.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
* Supporting the overall strategic management of the hotel by establishing effective working relationships with senior colleagues
* Training Team Members as needed, and exemplifying Hilton values as a reliable role model
* Analysing costs, preparing budgets, and achieving planned operational profit margins in Rooms and F&B
* Working closely with the Executive Housekeeper to ensure brand standards are consistently met
* Supervising daily performance of Team Members and professionally managing direct reports to ensure effective teamwork and operations
* Conducting routine inspections of all areas/service of the hotel to ensure optimum condition and unforgettable Guest experience
* Acting as ambassador in OHS committee, maintaining security operations, and actioning all relevant items for the safety of the hotel and its stakeholders

Requirements
Strong communication skills, ability to develop relationships, logical thinking and decision-making skills, passionate hotelier with front office and F&B background, goal/target-oriented with commercial awareness.
