We're currently seeking trainers to deliver:
* SIT30622 Certificate III in Hospitality
* SIT40422 Certificate IV in Hospitality
* RSA, RCG and Food Safety Supervisor courses
We also welcome Trainers qualified in other areas we have on scope – so if you're ready to bring your expertise to the classroom, we'd love to hear from you
Responsibilities Include:
* On-Site Assessment – Conduct regularly scheduled on-site visits to provide face-to-face assessment and training support and safeguard a positive learning and working environment
* Training Delivery – Training & Assessing of students in various delivery methods, such as online, classroom or out on-site with a trainee
* Caseload Management – Manage a caseload of trainees and funded students, tailoring training to suit learner needs to achieve progression and completion targets
* Maintaining Quality – Ensure all compliance obligations are always met, and delivery and assessment standard remain high
* Mentoring – Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to students from different backgrounds throughout their vocational journey

About You:
You're a motivated and approachable professional with real-world hospitality experience and a passion for sharing knowledge. You hold a current Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) and are confident delivering engaging, hands-on training that supports students to achieve their goals. You thrive in a people-focused environment, bring excellent communication and organisational skills, and have the flexibility to adapt your training style to suit different learners. Most importantly, you're committed to making a positive difference in the lives of your students and helping shape the future of the hospitality industry.
