Salary range:
Level 3.1 to 3.4 ($69,662.07 to $74,002.53 per annum pro rata) dependent on skills, knowledge and experience.
Casual - $ 44.0676 to $46.8133 per hour inclusive of casual loading.
Opportunity:
The City of Albany is seeking enthusiastic and organised individuals for an Administration Officer recruitment pool to provide administrative support across various teams and directorates within the organisation.
Reporting to the relevant supervisor, you will assist with a range of administrative tasks including responding to enquiries, preparing correspondence, maintaining records, supporting meetings, and providing general administrative assistance to teams as required. This role plays an important part in ensuring administrative processes are completed efficiently while delivering professional and courteous service to both internal and external customers.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
You will have sound computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook, and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team, exercise initiative, maintain confidentiality, and manage competing priorities will also be essential.
