Overview
The Administration Assistant at Fox Education will provide vital support to our administrative team and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including maintaining records, data reporting, course sales, enrolment processing, social media and website updates, assisting with scheduling and maintaining quality assurance for the Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
As a key member of our team, you will interact with students, staff, and external stakeholders, ensuring that communication is clear and timely. Your role will help create a welcoming and organised environment, contributing to the positive experience of everyone involved in the educational process.

Requirements
The ideal candidate:
* has experience in an administrative role,
* exhibits strong organisational and multitasking abilities,
* has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,
* is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with office equipment,
* demonstrates attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality,
* is a team player who can work well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
