In this role, you will be responsible for providing guidance, support, and care to students in our boarding house. You will work collaboratively with our team to create a safe, engaging, and caring environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of our students.
About the Role
* Supervise and guide students in their personal development, including academic achievement, social skills, emotional intelligence, and spiritual growth.
* Create a positive boarding house atmosphere by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and respect among residents.
* Plan engaging activities that promote teamwork building relationships between staff members who can enhance quality health wellbeing amongst participants within residential settings contributing positively toward fostering healthy environments overall!
