Associate Director - Commercial WA role at Opteon AUS & NZ. Based anywhere within Western Australia .Opteon is an international provider of valuations, advisory and specialist property services across Australia, Recent Zealand and the US.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for valuation operations within the Commercial division, driving short- and long-term growth for Opteon.
- Collaborate closely with the State Director, National Director, other Associate Directors and Directors to shape and execute the regional strategy.
- Maintain focus on operational excellence and exceeding client expectations in the Commercial valuation function.

Requirements / What sets you apart
- Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent
- Associate of the Australian Property Institute (CPV Status) or Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a qualified valuer
- Proven track record in customer service and stakeholder communication
- Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills
