Experience supporting Microsoft collaboration tools and meeting room environments. Basic Desktop and networking knowledge (LAN, cabling, connectivity troubleshooting). Exposure to EUC support, device management, and onsite IT operations. Ability to support non-Windows and non-Microsoft devices for basic connectivity and troubleshooting.
