Job Description
As a senior events coordinator, you will be part of our national sponsorship and events team. Your primary responsibility will be to support the execution of strategic events and sponsorship activations, as well as local initiatives aimed at enhancing the brand, reputation, and relationships of the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in organizing and executing various events, including hospitality events, technical events, and internal office events.
* Communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
* Contribute innovative ideas for improving client experiences.
* Support in arranging virtual events across different platforms.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, prior experience in event planning and execution, project management, and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with CRM systems, Cvent, and e-marketing tools would be beneficial. A tertiary qualification in event management or a related field is also preferred. Experience in an event role within professional services or a B2B environment is highly valued.
