Key Responsibilities
* Ensure seamless back-of-house operations, providing a robust support function for the store
* Lead the team to deliver exceptional store operational performance through effective stock management and loss prevention strategies
* Partner with retail management and visual merchandising to foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance stockroom efficiency, refill procedures, merchandise presentation and stock schedule recommendations
* Manage daily financial operations, including end-of-day reconciliation, banking procedures and secure cash handling in accordance with established policies
* Provide comprehensive training and development for the team on operational excellence, encompassing key processes like inventory management and stock availability
* Maintain a meticulously organized and efficient stockroom, adhering to established standards, managing deliveries, ensuring accurate inventory management and guaranteeing the safety and security of the stockroom
Required Skills:
* Proven experience in stockroom or warehouse management, preferably within a retail environment
* Deep understanding of inventory management systems and processes
* Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve operational objectives
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
