Hotel Receptionist (GSA) - Rockhampton
We are seeking Hotel Receptionist (GSA) - to join our team in our Apartment Hotel in Rockhampton Queensland. Experience in this position will be highly regarded. Full training will be provided for those wishing to enter the industry providing the right attitude is demonstrated.

You must have a genuine passion for hospitality, a calmness while working under pressure with a keen eye for detail in facility, service, and product delivery. You will understand that customer service is at the forefront of everything we do.
Attributes
* Demonstrable Hotel Front office experience desirable
* Knowledge of RMS, or similar PMS is an advantage but not essential
* Good knowledge of hotels or the serviced apartment industry
* Flexibility to work a varied roster including evenings and weekends
* Professional telephone manner and communication skills
* Computer literacy in Word and Excel is preferred
* Patience and proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* An eye for detail, professional personal presentation and good organisational skills
* Possess an outgoing and friendly personality with a 'can do attitude'
