The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced HRIS System Administrator to take ownership of our newly implemented HRIS from our corporate office in Truganina.
Working closely with the People Services, Systems and Data Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the system continues to meet business needs by maintaining system performance, monitoring patches and releases, and supporting continuous improvement.
This role will suit someone who enjoys the technical side of HR, understands system configuration and workflows, and takes pride in ensuring systems run smoothly behind the scenes.

What your day will look like:
Maintain and support the HRIS to ensure smooth operations
Troubleshoot issues and resolve system queries
Configure system settings and workflows
Monitor system patches, releases and upgrades
Identify opportunities to improve system functionality
Maintain system documentation and user guides
Provide system training and support to stakeholders
Produce reports and manage HR data accuracy
You will bring:
Experience administering an HRIS or enterprise system
Strong understanding of HR processes and system workflows
A natural problem-solving mindset
Experience managing small system projects
The ability to explain systems clearly to non-technical users
Intermediate to advanced Excel capability
Strong attention to detail and accountability
