Change Management and Learning Role
Atturra seeks a seasoned Change & Adoption Manager to support clients undergoing large-scale business transformations. This role involves developing and implementing change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing user adoption plans, leading change management activities, conducting impact analyses, and managing stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Applying structured methodologies to design user adoption plans.
* Leading change management and learning activities.
* Conducting impact analyses, assessing readiness, and identifying stakeholders.
* Engaging with and managing relationships with stakeholders.
* Designing, developing, delivering, and managing communications.
* Analyzing learning needs, documenting requirements, and delivering training.
* Identifying and mitigating risks.
* Consulting and coaching stakeholders and project teams.
* Monitoring, measuring, and reporting on activities, risks, and issues.
Requirements:
* Active Baseline Clearance.
* Location: Canberra, Melbourne, or Sydney.
* Willingness to travel occasionally.
* 10+ years experience in change management and learning.
* Experience with complex business application projects (e.g., SAP, TechnologyOne, Microsoft).
* Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies (desirable).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Relevant tertiary and industry qualifications in Change Management and Learning.
