**About the opportunity**:
We are currently looking for **entry level or experienced** **Process Operators/Intermediate Bakers** to join our **Moorebank site. **The Process Operator/Baker will be required ensure production targets are met, ensure all compliance procedures are followed and to ensure all health and safety processes are followed while carrying out a variety of tasks in the processing areas.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Full compliance of company rules
- Operations of machinery and equipment as per safe operating procedures
- Effectively move between departments to assist
- Achieve OEE and Waste on target
- Active involvement in, and attendance at departmental meetings
- Complete Quality Assurance and Food safety Induction and Competency quality assessment. Attend all relevant training programs
- Ensure all Food Safety and Quality incidents are accurately reported and recorded within specified time frames
- Executes Start up procedure and machine/equipment set ups, operational processes and cleaning processes correctly
- Ensure personal hygiene and uniform company policies, site minimum expectations and standards are strictly adhered to

- Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Health and Safety awareness
- Quality awareness
- Previous food industry experience or machine operation/process work is desirable
