Property Hotel Manager Position
This is a full-time role with a rotating roster. As Property Hotel Manager, you will lead a fantastic team and ensure smooth operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have previous experience with RMS and minimum 2 years in a similar role. Strong staff management and complaint handling skills are also essential. Stata Liaison experience is preferred.
* Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer complaints and resolve issues

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience with RMS (essential)
* Minimum 2 years in a similar role
* Strong staff management and complaint handling skills
* Stata Liaison experience (preferred)
* Availability to work Saturday and Sunday
* Valid driver's license
* Immaculate personal presentation
* Professional communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks
