About The Role
We at BOQ Group are seeking an experienced commercial or agribusiness banker for our new Relationship Executive position. This role involves managing an existing customer portfolio with support from an Analyst, focusing on expanding our commercial and agribusiness portfolios. The Relationship Executive will be the primary client expert, providing insights, guidance, and solutions to foster growth and resilience.
About You
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in agribusiness and/or commercial banking, with a solid understanding of the industry's financial needs. You should have a strategic growth mindset, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and be adept at relationship management, negotiation, and influencing. Building referral networks and maintaining long-term customer relationships are also key skills.
