Job Responsibilities.
* Facilitate and support risk management and compliance activities across the business.
* Provide guidance to ensure compliance outcomes are achieved and regulatory expectations are met.
* Conduct compliance assessments and monitoring activities.
* Perform breach assessments, including live production incident reviews and escalation where required.
* Identify, assess, and escalate compliance issues to management as necessary.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with Business Analysts, Business Owners, Insurance SMEs, and Technology teams.
* Work closely with senior business stakeholders to promote a proactive risk and compliance culture.
