**GENZO**is part of** AURA by Aqualand**, located on Walker Street near the new Victoria Cross Metro Station is an iconic new address and symbol of North Sydney's sophisticated future, setting a new precedent for luxury harbourside living.
Additional venues include **Soluna**, a 300 seat LA-inspired all-day diner, **Sol Bread & Wine** a combined bakery, cafe and wine bar, which will transform from casual dining throughout the day to a sophisticated wine bar by night, and a **UNA - Purveyor of Fine Foods** - a providore selling good crafted by our talented culinary teams.
**The Role**
Reporting to the Head Chef of Japanese Concepts, the kitchen attendant will support the kitchen team to ensure back of house areas are maintained at all times, goods are stored safely and in line with Health, Safety & Setting Standards and kitchen equipment and crockery is clean and distributed through the restaurant efficiently.
**Responsibilities**
- clean kitchens and food preparation areas
- clean cooking and general utensils used in kitchens and restaurants such as cutlery or dishes
- wash, peel and chop vegetables or fruit
- transfer, weigh and check supplies and equipment
- Receive and pack away deliveries
- set up food and beverage equipment
- make sure kitchen area is clean and meets hygiene standards.
**Experience and Qualification**
- Prior experience as a Kitchen Attendant advantageous.
- Able to work fast and communicate with the team.
