Key Responsibilities
* Deliver person-centred care to residents with empathy and compassion
* Build positive relationships with residents and their families through effective communication
* Support daily activities and personal care needs of residents
* Complete accurate care documentation, progress notes, and daily charts as required
Requirements
* Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent minimum qualification
* Medication Competency or Medication Endorsement desirable
* Strong understanding of residential aged care environments and standards
* Experience in providing daily care and activities to clients
* NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
