Job Overview
The Radiographer In Charge is a senior-level position that oversees the daily operational services at our Diagnostic Imaging clinic.
This role includes ensuring the delivery of high-quality and efficient imaging services for patients and referrers.
As a seasoned Radiographer, you will provide leadership and guidance to a team of staff members under your supervision.
Your administrative responsibilities will require a thorough understanding of all modalities within the site, including CT, X-ray, Dental, and Bone Density.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing KPIs specific to the role and contributing to site/ regional KPIs through effective management of expenditure and resources (including staff).
* Ensuring operational efficiency of the site (clerical, technical, and radiologist) and acting on directives from a State/National level.
* Administration and clerical management, including IT.
* People management at sites, escalating staffing requirements with supporting information, recruiting and selecting staff, identifying training needs, and monitoring staff performance.
* Monitoring individual employees in relation to their classification, remuneration, skill level, and professional development.
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior CT/General Radiographer or Imaging Manager with a minimum of five years of post-qualification experience.
Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving and organizational multitasking abilities is essential, along with previous management experience.
Requirements include a QLD Radiation License.
