About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused logistics professional to coordinate the efficient flow of high-quality fish feed products from warehouse to customers, working with internal departments and external suppliers and couriers to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing orders, verifying accuracy, and selecting efficient fulfilment methods. This may include preparing shipments, scheduling deliveries, and tracking progress.
* Order Management: Process orders and verify accuracy.
* Delivery Coordination: Prepare shipments and schedule deliveries.
* Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and maintain records.
* Customer Communication: Respond to inquiries and provide delivery updates.
* Reporting & Documentation: Generate reports and maintain accurate records.
* Safety Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment in the warehouse.
