* Lead engineers and designers.
* Review designs and drive delivery standards.
* Manage workflow, profitability and project outcomes.

* Lead multi‐disciplinary project ownership.
* Mentor teams and strengthen culture.

Qualifications
* Experience at Associate, Principal or Civil Manager level, or Senior Engineer carrying Principal‐level responsibility.
* Australian experience essential.
