Gladstone Flooring Xtra is currently seeking a motivated individual to join our amazing office team as a Part-time team member. Training will be provided for all procedures and product knowledge in the business.
Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to:-
* Managing Debtors
* Managing Creditors
* Processing payroll
* Reconciliations
* Reporting
* Data Entry
* Customer service
The position based in Gladstone, has onsite parking, offers a perfect lifestyle balance for someone wanting to work around school activities, with flexible hours and days.
The successful candidate will need to be self-motivated with excellent communication skills. Ideally you will also have:
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
* Outgoing personality
* Eye for detail
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Familiarity with relevant software programs and tools, including Xero, Microsoft Office, inventory management software, and POS systems.
