Brand Marketing Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Brand Marketing Coordinator to assist with the management and delivery of brand marketing campaigns across our theme parks' brands. The successful candidate will have experience in marketing, project management, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the planning, development, and implementation of retail and brand marketing strategies
- Coordinate and implement ATL and BTL media campaigns
- Fulfil brand campaign creative requirements including working with our internal creative studio for briefing, developing, and disseminating all work
- Assist with the management and execution of in-park activations and events, working closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with the management of activities supporting our social platforms, website, and direct communications
- Take responsibility for the management of designated brands/campaigns under the guidance of the Brand Manager as part of your skill progression
- Build and manage internal stakeholder relationships across the business supporting the Brand Manager
- Assist with the development and analysis of customer research and use customer intelligence to identify strategic solutions
- Assist with the management and execution of promotions for all our properties
Requirements:
* Minimum of three years' experience in marketing across the mix
* Project management skills - creative and media agency experience would be beneficial in this fast-paced environment
* Self-organisation, problem-solving, time management skills & stakeholder management skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management. Ability to work under pressure, multi-task & meet deadlines
* Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field desirable
