Site Supervisor Role
We are seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to play a crucial role in operating and maintaining water treatment plants.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in the supervision of site operations, specialising in water projects.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Onsite coordination of project delivery, sub-contractors and supplier deliveries.
* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and suppliers, subcontractors and regulatory agencies.
* Manage field-based project delivery including labour, equipment, trades, logistics, and other resources.
* Monitoring plant operations and assisting in plant optimisation.
* Conducting water quality sampling and ensuring proper procedures are followed.
* Carrying out routine maintenance duties and managing resources, tools, and equipment.
* Participating in safety and environmental management processes.
* Collaborating with team members to achieve continuous improvement of plant processes and systems.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in the supervision of site operations, specialising in water projects.
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience in water treatment operations.
* Practical experience in Quality, Environmental and OH&S Management systems including contractor supervision in field-based or industrial environments.
* Ability to build, foster and maintain positive working relationships with clients, team members, colleagues, external suppliers and regulatory bodies.
* Willingness to travel interstate from time to time.
* Police Clearance Check (ability to obtain baseline Department of Defence security clearance).
* Cert III Water Treatment or similar is desired.
