In this role, you will lead and manage acoustics, noise, and vibration projects while delivering technically robust and creative solutions for clients. You will also play a key role in guiding project teams, ensuring high‐quality deliverables, and supporting the development of junior team members.

The Opportunity

* Manage and deliver medium‐sized acoustics, noise and vibration consulting projects from planning through execution.
* Resolve complex acoustical engineering challenges and provide clear interpretations and conclusions from technical data.
* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, supervising colleagues and collaborating with engineers from other disciplines.
* Communicate technical acoustics advice through meetings, reports, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
* Manage project performance including timelines, budgets, client enquiries and preparation of fee proposals.

Is this role right for you?

* A tertiary degree in Acoustics, Physics, Engineering or a related discipline, with a recognised professional qualification.
* At least six years' experience in acoustics consulting or a closely related field.
* Strong knowledge of acoustics, noise and vibration principles, including relevant legislation, standards and guidelines.
* Demonstrated experience using empirical, analytical and simulation tools and preparing high‐quality technical reports.
* Excellent communication, organisational and commercial skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships and deliver practical solutions under tight deadlines.
