**ABOUT THE COMPANY**
This market leading business in architectural panelling company who has developed and imprinted its brand footprint across the country, becoming the go-to company for Architectural panelling products which are used for walls, ceilings, floors, facades and more. The company are rapidly growing, sales are up 212% in recent years. Soon to move to a manufacturing facility 3 times the size of their current warehouse.
Known for its high quality, premium and cutting-edge design, this business is well respected and trustworthy which has secured specifications for some iconic projects in the commercial market. They are well known for they're the beautifully crafted products and their vast product selection which are heavily sought after by most of the leading architect & design practices and major commercial builders.
**ROLE**
As the representative responsible for architectural sales, your primary role will involve actively engaging with architects to secure specifications while also driving sales with designers, making you a crucial driving force in the process.
**DUTIES**
- To gain architectural specification projects with: Architects and Designers for Commercial projects.
- Defending specifications.
- Network effectively with; Architects and Designers to ensure you forge strong relationships.
- Plan, prepare and conduct CPD presentations to Architect & Designers
- Provide and update samples books within Architect practices.
- Build, develop and grow a strong project pipeline of specifications.
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Previous experience as a in a Business Development Manager / Salesperson within the building and construction product industry.
- A genuine passion for design and architecture.
- Have a natural ability to open doors/ opportunities with Architects & Designers.
- Must be a self-starter, strategic, organised, and methodical.
