As a key member of our Human Resources (HR) team, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-level advisory services and support to managers and staff across the employee lifecycle.
Job Summary:
* Provide timely and reliable advice on human resource matters relating to industrial relations and employee relations.
* Support the Team Leader on HR matters, including case management, reporting, workforce planning, and strategic initiatives.
* Contribute to HR capability through education and awareness, championing policy, procedures, and best practices.

Requirements:
