Job Title: Client Experience Coordinator
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Experience Coordinator to join our team on a 6-month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing appointments, bookings, and complaints while working collaboratively with other departments to ensure best outcomes for patients and practitioners.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage appointments & bookings for new and existing clients
* Assist with complaints/feedback submitted by our clients & external service providers
* Use a variety of software platforms to talk directly with clients and internal team members
* Project work for the Service Delivery team which will require data entry, general reporting & digital filing
* Follow up referrals & support the Service Delivery team with day-to-day operations
Requirements
* Previous experience working in an administrative role
* Experience working within the health industry would be beneficial
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment
* High level of attention to detail
* Strong administrative skillset
* Able to accomplish objectives effectively within time frame given, and carry out administrative duties in an efficient and timely manner
