Ideal candidates will have proven drilling expertise and a strong commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards. Roles & Responsibilities: Working alongside top-tier clients in the industry. Enjoying flexible rotating shift schedules. Prioritizing safety through daily equipment inspections, general maintenance, completing safety documentation, and adhering to safe work procedures. Leading drill crews and sharing your skills by training Driller Assistants. Our Ideal Candidates: Previous drilling experience in a similar role — essential. Certificate 4 in Drilling Operations Valid HR or HR-B class driver’s license. Current Water Well License. National Police Clearance. Ability to successfully complete a thorough pre-employment medical exam, including drug and alcohol testing. First Aid and CPR certification — preferred. Legal right to work in Australia.
