In this role you'll be deployed where you'll have the biggest impact—lifting team capability, accelerating results, and shaping outstanding customer experiences in Rockhampton.

What you'll be doing:
* Deliver consistent, high‑quality customer experiences in our stores, bringing energy, warmth, and a strong service focus everywhere you go.
* Lead with pace and clarity — keeping teams moving with urgency, managing high stock flow and customer volume, and staying focused on priorities even under pressure.
* Give simple, direct instructions and set clear expectations that keep the team aligned and accountable.
* Run daily operations efficiently with strong rostering, quick decision‑making, and processes that keep the store moving without bottlenecks.
* Maintain excellent stock and floor standards by clearing deliveries fast, keeping BOH organised, and getting product to the floor quickly and accurately.
* Coach, develop, and support teams to lift capability, confidence, and performance—building sustainable results that support our growth.
About you:
* 3+ years' management experience in high‑volume retail
* A strong commercial mindset with proven sales and cost control results
* A hands‑on, energetic leader who builds strong, engaged teams
* Exceptional operational capability and attention to detail
* A passion for great customer service and maintaining high standards
* Strong at managing pace, pressure, and change
This role is active and hands‑on, with Besties spending most of their shift on their feet, assisting customers, restocking shelves, and keeping the store looking its best. You'll need to be adaptable, ready to switch between tasks quickly, and comfortable working in a busy, high‑energy setting.
