**Your new role**
Due to an expanding team multiple positions are available to join this high-volume customer service team. Your role will be to take inbound and make outbound calls to internal and external stakeholders. You will be able to think quickly on your feet and be able to provide an exceptional customer experience. You will be a problem solver and be able to assist in the tracking and processing of orders and organising orders to get to destination.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for the role, we are looking for a friendly, courteous, and enthusiastic customer service specialists with:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience working in a contact centre
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- The ability to build strong rapport and empathise with customers
- Proficient knowledge of using Microsoft Office suit
- You will be adaptable and resilient.
- You will be computer savvy and able to manage multiple computer systems at once.
- Abstract thinking is required in this role along with a high level of critical thinking, and time management
