Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the field team.
- Update Client job cards and deatils
- Ensure timely and efficient dispatch of field personnel.
- Update customers on appointment details and any changes in the schedule.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to address customer needs.
- Assistance in the development of documents
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
