About the roleThe Recruitment Officer is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
This role works closely and supports hiring managers to assist in making recruitment decisions which are consistent with company policy and existing practice.
The role will also assist in the development of company HR policies and will be actively involved in keeping employee records and systems up to date.
The Recruitment Officer ensures all new employees are onboarded professionally and efficiently to create an excellent first impression, as this lays a foundation for the new employee's career with Park.
Key Duties
Recruitment and onboarding for all business areas
Coordination of employee medicals and background checks
Working closely with hiring managers to establish their staffing needs
Manage recruitment compliance and ensure the business follows best practice
Consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process
Creating and monitoring job vacancies
Assessing applications and conducting interviews
Managing highly sensitive information with care and professionalism
Manage and maintain learning management system
Other ad-hoc administration tasks as required
What you will bring to Park
Effective time management with strong planning and prioritisation
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience with process improvement and implementation
General HR knowledge or experience
Experience in developing career succession plans
