Moneybags Property is expanding, and we have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our boutique real estate agency in Jimboomba.
You will be working closely with our Director and Principal in a team of enthusiastic and driven individuals. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Prospecting for new clients and business opportunities
- Providing a marketing and business plan regarding social media & marketing to ensure the agency has increased exposure and brand awareness
- Attending Sales Appraisals with the Principal
- Holding Open Homes at Sale Properties
- Creating and managing marketing material including hard copy flyers, e-newsletters, SMS, EDM's and all social media posts
- Responsible for taking regular photos and videos to post to social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram.
No experience in the Real Estate Industry required, however you must possess the following attributes:
- Real Estate Industry Award or a willingness to obtain
- Minimum two years Customer Service experience with impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Solid IT Skills being proficient with various programs and software including (but not limited to) Canva, Adobe, Photoshop, Microsoft office, Google Workspace, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube
- Ability to blog, vlog and communicate on social media sites
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Team player with a mature and professional demeanor
- Must work well under pressure and be adaptable to change
- High attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at one time
- Reliable and punctual
- Friendly, outgoing and approachable personality
- Live within 20Kms on 4280 region
- Open Driving License
