The Role

Reporting to the Coordinator Facility

Operations and based in Windsor NSW, there are currently multiple opportunities

Available, Including
* 1 x Full-Time Position
* 1 x Temporary Full-Time position – up to 2-year duration

The primary purpose of this position is

to fulfil all allocated work orders across reactive and planned maintenance

schedules from contractor selection to work order completion. The Facility Operations Officer contributes to

core activities including the review of service agreements, conducting

inspections, facility management, as well as project management of minor

construction works.

About You

Your ability to communicate across all levels of an organisation

will be clearly demonstrated. You will have excellent analytical and

organisational skills and be self-motivated to deliver quality work whilst

meeting deadlines. You will have the

ability to work collaboratively within a team and have experience supervising and motivating staff.

Essential Criteria
* Trade Certificate/ Building Diploma, Clerk of Works Certificate or equivalent
* Minimum 4 years' experience in building maintenance and construction at a supervisory level.
* Computer skills, CADD experience in architectural and structural drawings, database, word processing, spreadsheets, graphic packages and energy management systems for buildings.
* Experience in tender and contract preparation and WHS requirements
* Experience with building management systems.
* Knowledge of air conditioning operations.
* Knowledge of communication operations.
* Experience in estimating building works and knowledge of the Building Code of Australia.
* Experience in project and construction management.
* Knowledge of security requirements.
* Experience in design incorporating WHS, Access and Mobility.
* Knowledge of Australian Standards associated with Buildings.
* The right to live and work in Australia
* Class C Drivers Licence
* WHS General Construction Work in NSW
* Working with Children Check (WWCC)
* Successful applicants will be required to undergo background (police) checks and medical declaration
