Retail Banking Services (RBS) is the public face of CommBank, delivering a seamless banking experience for the future, to our 10 million+ personal and small business customers. Within RBS, Everyday Products is focussed on building innovative and value creating everyday products for all Australians. It is our role to drive sustainable growth of everyday transaction account products by delivering exceptional experiences for customers.

In this role, you will be working closely with product managers, product designers and engineers to solve complex problems in ways our customers love.
Do work that matters
We currently have two roles available, one Chapter Lead role, and one Senior Product Manager role.
As a Chapter Lead, you will play a key role in the Everyday Products squad. Reporting to the Everyday Banking Chapter Area Lead and partnering with the Product Owner you will coach and develop a team of product professionals ensuring they have the skills for both now and in the future. You will also support the squad by leading and owning initiatives from strategy development and ideation through to execution with other squad members. If you want to make an impact on both our peoples' and customers' lives, this could be the right role for you.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will report into the Chapter Lead, Everyday Accounts and play a key role in shaping and scaling bold propositions that solve real customer problems, making banking frictionless, insightful, and empowering. With innovation at the forefront, this is a fascinating time to be joining the team.
In both roles, your experience as a senior product professional will be crucial in designing and executing initiatives to deliver against our customer and business priorities, leveraging your expertise in using data, customer research and agile ways of working. Over time, you will be expected to bring to the team a strong understanding of our business and our customers to ensure we are creating products our customers love.

* Coach and develop a team of product professionals with the skills they need for both today and in the future
* Validate ideas through customer research, data insights, and rapid experimentation

* Design end to end journeys from discovery to launch, across mobile, web and core platforms
* Partner with engineering, design, analytics, risk, and operations for smooth delivery and continuous iteration
* Influence your teammates, colleagues, stakeholders and the leadership team through your use of data logic and customer insights
