Overview
SSA Recruitment is seeking a proactive and organised HVAC Service Coordinator to join a well-established building services contractor in Perth. This role is central to the smooth running of the service department, ensuring technicians are scheduled effectively and clients receive professional, responsive support.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch service technicians across planned and reactive works.
- Manage schedules, repairs, and maintenance bookings.
- Liaise with clients and technicians to monitor job progress and resolve issues.
- Review job paperwork and ensure timely status updates.
- Prepare quotes and estimates for breakdown and service works.
- Assist with inventory control of parts and components.
- Support the admin team with service-related processes.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years' experience in a service coordination role within HVAC, mechanical, or construction.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle priorities.
- Good understanding of HVAC systems (advantageous).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Simpro or similar systems.
- Strong customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
