We are on the lookout for both entry-level and experienced AV Technicians who are eager to take their skills to the next level. In this dynamic role, you will play a vital part in the installation, maintenance, and repair of cutting-edge audio-visual equipment across a diverse range of commercial and industrial sites. What you'll be doing
* Installing, configuring and troubleshooting audio-visual systems including projectors, displays, sound systems and control interfaces
* Performing scheduled maintenance and preventative checks on AV equipment to ensure optimal performance
* Responding to service requests and resolving technical issues in a timely manner
* Documenting all work performed and maintaining detailed records of equipment and service histories
* Collaborating with project managers, clients and other technical teams to deliver exceptional AV solutions
* Providing training and support to end-users on the operation of AV system
What we're looking for
* Minimum 3 years' experience as an AV Technician or in a similar technical role
* For experienced Technicians, strong knowledge of audio-visual equipment and technologies including projectors, displays, sound systems, control systems and cabling
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics and diagrams
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Construction White Card or willingness to obtain
* Qualification in Electrical/Electronics, Audio/Visual or a related technical discipline is desirable.
