We're on the lookout for a Full‐Time Grounds & Maintenance Officer to join our team at our Brisbane North Rental Village site located in Aspley.
Reporting to the Park Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping the park looking beautiful, safe, and welcoming — ensuring guests enjoy a clean, well‐maintained environment every day.

In this Role, You'll
* Maintain all garden areas through pruning, weeding, fertilising, replanting, mulching, hedging, mowing and edging.
* Keep grounds clean and safe by clearing debris, collecting bins, spraying for weeds/pests, and maintaining pool areas (if applicable).
* Carry out general repairs and maintenance, including tools, equipment, lighting, fixtures, fencing, BBQs and basic painting.
* Respond to resident/guest maintenance requests, provide feedback on contractor work, and elevate issues to trades when needed.
* Support site presentation and security by reporting damage or incidents and accurately logging all maintenance and repair activities.

* Hold a current "C" class driver license
All applicants must be able to work in Australia and provide evidence of working rights, as well as undergo a National Police Check.
