We are looking for a motivated Accounts Payable Officer to join our finance team. This is a high-volume role suited to someone with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
* Process supplier invoices and send for approval
* Prepare weekly payment runs
* Load payments into NAB
* Contact suppliers to confirm bank details
* Chase credit card receipts
* Reconcile supplier statements and bank accounts
* Provide support to the finance team and report to the Finance Manager
About You
* 1+ Year exposure to accounts payable or finance
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong communication skills
* Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Proactive team player with a positive attitude
