Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead our Network Services team in delivering civil projects.
This role requires hands-on leadership with strong pay and support from the team.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading high-performing teams to deliver civil projects on time, in safety, quality, community, and environmental compliance.
* Planning and coordinating activities to optimize resource utilization and minimize delays.
* Fostering strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to drive project success.
* Ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
* Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure project delivery.
The successful candidate will possess:
* Proven supervisory experience within the water & sewer industry.
* Hands-on experience in sewer maintenance hole rehabilitation and civil dig-up replacement of water/sewer mains.
* A strong track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
