An opportunity now exists for a Sales Manager to join a high-performing, driven team and play a key role in that next chapter. Role Overview Based in either Adelaide or Melbourne and reporting directly to the General Manager, this role is centred on building relationships, strengthening pipelines, and driving revenue growth. You will take ownership of expanding builder and developer partnerships, converting opportunities into long-term, multi-service relationships that deliver meaningful value for both Clique Creative and its clients. Key responsibilities include: • Owning revenue targets, forecasting, and pipeline performance; • Driving new business acquisition and builder partnerships; • Converting opportunities into recurring, multi-service agreements; • Leading strategic account growth, renewals, and upselling initiatives; • Refining sales processes, systems, and cross-functional alignment. Skills, Knowledge, and Experience The successful candidate will bring a proven track record in B2B sales and revenue growth, with the ability to lead from the front. You know how to open doors, build trust with decision-makers, and close deals that last. You’re confident working within a CRM environment (experience with HubSpot is advantageous) and bring the discipline to manage a pipeline without losing the human touch that fuels it. A background in property, real estate, or creative services will be highly regarded. More importantly, you understand how to sell with conviction, particularly when the product is something genuinely worth believing in.
