We are currently partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit an experienced Business Analyst to support a range of business and technology initiatives.
This role will see you working across multiple stakeholder groups, helping to define requirements, improve processes and support the delivery of key projects. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity and contributing to practical, outcome-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Elicit, analyse and document business requirements across a variety of initiatives
* Work closely with stakeholders to understand objectives and identify suitable solutions
* Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for delivery teams
* Review existing processes and identify areas for optimisation and efficiency
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology and delivery
* Support project lifecycles including testing, UAT and implementation activities
* Assist with change and transition activities to ensure smooth adoption
About You
* Proven experience working as a Business Analyst in a complex environment
* Background within financial services or a regulated industry is highly regarded
* Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery frameworks
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Ability to simplify complex concepts and present clear recommendations
* Hands‐on approach with a focus on delivery and outcomes
* Familiarity with common collaboration and delivery tools (e.g. JIRA or similar)
