This role: As a Procurement Specialist you'll lead end‐to‐end procurement activities across indirect categories - covering sourcing, supplier engagement, negotiation and contract management.
Responsibilities
* Manage procure‐to‐pay and source‐to‐contract activities (RFx, evaluation, negotiation).
* Oversee subcontract performance across the lifecycle.
* Raise and manage purchase orders in SAP.
* Support strategic sourcing and cost optimisation initiatives.
* Act as Purchasing Card Administrator, ensuring compliance and reporting.
* Provide procurement guidance to internal stakeholders and maintain audit‐ready records.
Qualifications
* 5+ years procurement experience in a complex environment.
* Strong sourcing, negotiation and analytical skills.
* Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP.
* High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes.
* Desirable: relevant qualification in procurement or related field.
* Security: Ability to obtain and maintain an AGSVA NV1 clearance.
