Duties & responsibilities
You will be a Commercial Lawyer at the 4 year PAE up to Senior Associate level.
About the role
Will see you focus on complex commercial transactions and regulatory advice across a diverse client base and in cross-border matters (utilising private international law such as the Cape Town Convention). Advise on international aviation licensing, slots, leisure and tourism operators, the sale of business jets and other aircraft (sustainable aviation fuel), airport developments, helicopter operators (aeiral firefighting, medical and policing).
