* Competitive Remuneration: Pro-rata salary $118,308 - $140,147 (ALB), plus 17% superannuation and additional locality leave, housing subsidy (subject to eligibility).
Role Overview
The Goldfields region is home to a unique set of healthcare challenges. We seek an experienced Clinical Educator to lead professional development initiatives for nurse supervisors, foster collaboration among clinical educators, and assess educational programs through feedback and quality improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee placement of nursing students in clinical settings, ensuring enriching experiences and monitoring their progress.
2. Provide direct support and guidance during placements, maintaining high educational standards.
3. Lead professional development initiatives for nurse supervisors, fostering collaboration among clinical educators.
4. Assess and improve educational programs through feedback and quality improvement initiatives.
5. Engage with stakeholders, including schools of nursing, to enhance nursing education and culturally responsive healthcare.
